After decades of coaching, I can say without question that the best diet is —– Stop going on diets.
No temporary eating plan will lead to permanent weight loss. You have to change what is NORMAL for you.
Yes, we work on improving WHAT you eat, but the biggest part of weight loss is dealing with WHY you eat.
Real food, not chemicals.
Habits, not detoxes.
Understanding our urges and cravings, and what emotional “holes” drive them.
That, my friend, is how you change your diet!

Fruit is loaded with nutrients and fiber, and generally should be included in a healthy diet. But it’s got more sugar and calories than vegetables, so you have to watch your portions.
I stay away from labeling foods as “good” or “bad”.
No foods are completely off limits in a sensible, sustainable nutrition plan. You won’t find any Forbidden anythings here. What would life be like without ice cream and wine anyway?
